Chef Rafa Zafra worked for many years at El Bulli, at Estimar he has adapted some of Ferran Adrià’s methods and the result is the best quality fish and shellfish cooked in simple ways, almost always grilled, really delicious. The atmosphere is casual, with an open kitchen, and impeccably knowledgeable service.
