Super traditional, informal Spanish “trattoria”, an institution in Madrid. It’s a smaller, quieter version of Casa Lucio, the owners of these two restaurants are close family.

Again, make sure to order classic Spanish starters like jamón, pan con tomate, patatas con huevo, coquinas (delicious tiny clams), pimientos de padrón, gambas al ajillo, and then dig in to chuletón (a tasty cut of meat) on a hot plate or excellent fish.
