Super traditional, informal Spanish “trattoria”, an institution in Madrid. You’ll walk in through hanging patas de jamón, one of Spain’s most famous delicacies.

Make sure to order classic Spanish starters like jamón, manchego cheese, croquetas, patatas con huevo (sounds crazy but you must try…delicious!), and then dig in to meat on a hot plate or excellent fish.
